MONDAY, August 26 Poster Sale Campanile Room - 9am to 6pm There are thousands of choices from art prints and movies to music and pop culture. Most posters are priced between $8 and $12. Proceeds from the sale support art programs at the Memorial Union. Poster sale runs from Wednesday, August 21 - Thursday, August 30. TUESDAY, August 27 Parking Ramp Movie: Star Trek Into Darkness Top of Ramp - 9pm (Rain location: South Ballroom) Also showing this week @ Cyclone Cinema - Thursday-Sunday, 7 & 10pm, Carver 101. THURSDAY, August 29 Chance the Rapper Great Hall - 8pm w/ doors open @ 7:30pm Tickets: $10 w/ ISU Student ID | $15 Public Even with only the two mixtapes in his discography, Chicago's Chancelor Bennett, aka Chance the Rapper, was still popular enough to be a featured artist at Lollapalooza 2013 as well as support for Mac Miller's summer "The Space Migration Tour" and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis's fall "World Tour". FRIDAY, August 30 - AfterDark Nappy Roots M-Shop @ 9pm Tickets: FREE w/ ISU Student ID | $10 Public (at door only | no advance sales) After the international success of Watermelon, Chicken, & Grits, and selling over 3 million albums, this four-man collective from Kentucky have been touring for about 10 years while building a vastly loyal fan-base nationwide. Juggler Michael DuBois Great Hall - 9pm Performing for over 8 years and appearing on several national TV shows, Michael DuBois' Solo Circus is a fast paced, audience interactive, and technical skills variety show featuring an all-original presentation of magic, juggling, circus & sideshow stunts all wrapped in a blanket of comedy. Maci Bookout - star of MTV's Teen Mom Great Hall - 11pm After appearing on 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom on MTV, Maci Bookoutworks to educate young people on teen pregnancy prevention and consistently receives praise from the audience for her candidness, down to earth personality, and her ability to connect with her fans.
